We are currently working with a well established business in Columbia, Maryland, who are looking for an electrical design engineer to join their team.

The role would suit a candidate who enjoys product development, and is interested in working on projects where you can deliver several products a year to customers, from start to finish.

You will be working in a new product development teams, working alongside firmware and mechanical engineers to deliver secure communication products that enhance national security and are used all over the world. You will be working on both analog and digital designs, and will ideally have a track record in filter design.

They operate a hybrid working model, with 3 day a week on site in Columbia. The base salary for this role is in the region of $140k – $180k dependent on experience, with 401k and comprehensive health coverage on top. They pride themselves on having a employee focused culture, with continuous development for all staff backed up with strong staff retention.

Please note that you need to be eligible for Secret level clearance to be considered for this role.
