We are currently recruiting for a Firmware Engineer to join a well backed defense business, who are based in the heart of the Los Angeles defense cluster in El Segundo. Funded by top tier VCs, they are already shipping products and are looking for candidates who can help move their products to the next level.

The role would suit a candidate who has a background or a strong interest in electronics as well as embedded software, as you will be working on low level C and doing a board bring up. Although not required immediately, you must be eligible for security clearance in the future.

You will be working in a small R&D team, alongside electrical and mechanical engineers, and the role is based fully on site in El Segundo. The base salary for this role is in the region of $130k to $180k, dependent on experience, plus equity on top.
